I happened upon this darling bakery today. Don't worry I didn't go crazy although I did have a sample of there white chocolate coconut lime cookie... they WILL serve those in heaven :) I stole all the pic from there web site. I love yogurt!!! for 110 calories you can have 6 blissful oz of raspberry cheesecake that is rich and creamy. It leaves you feeling healthy and light while tricking your taste buds into thinking it got something deliciously naughty. I love yogurt!

This week all things considered was a great week with another 2 lbs permanently shed off my body. Here are a few pics of things I may or may not have eaten this week. This next's weeks challenge is all about sleep- that is a killer hard one for me to fit in... we'll see how I do :)

We had way to much fun. We started with Temple Square, they went skiing, we went to Vegas and I eat everything I wanted :) It was great! Mostly, they are great! I haven't met better people in my life- they are so full of goodness! It made me so grateful for such fun friends. Thanks for coming Matt and Alex, it was a pleasure!

So today was the first weigh in on our (me and my friends) biggest loser. I lost 3.7 lbs. Was hoping for a bigger number on the first week but 3.7 is better then 1 right? I'm not allowed to be sad if I lose more than 1 lb. I'm very excited to hit the gym tonight and watch biggest loser. This weeks challenge is who can log the most minutes working out. I'm going to win this one :)
Matt and Alex come to ski this weekend! They are my cruise friends from Ohio Matt is on the far left and Alex is on the far right. They come on Thursday and I've very excited to have a cruise reunion this weekend although it is sure to make my heart ache for warm weather adn chillin in the tropics.

Gross! I think the girl looks great but the men are simply putrid. I am sad to report I didn't get a workout in yesterday:( Heading to the gym on my way home from work. Eaten good all day. Feeling very tired. Must sleep more.

So yesterday was day one! It went well. The opening show was fantastic and I can't wait for another one! I worked out while watching and completely lost track of time- love that! I love this girls arms! Mine WILL look that that soon :)

Cardio 5x a week +
Lifting 3x a week +
Drinking 100 oz. + per week
Eating only whole wheat
No eating after 9pm
Reading at least 3 articles a week on nutrition
Find mentor who has lost weight despite Thyroid & PCOS
Find and Focus on my health strengths
Letting my subconscious find out: How can I happily get healthier by losing weight in a way that will be rewarding and make me feel strong?
I commit to making these steps to a happier, healthier, stronger me!
