Having one free meal and treat a week in Jan
Cardio 5x a week +
Lifting 3x a week +
Drinking 100 oz. + per week
Eating only whole wheat
No eating after 9pm
Reading at least 3 articles a week on nutrition
Find mentor who has lost weight despite Thyroid & PCOS
Find and Focus on my health strengths
Letting my subconscious find out: How can I happily get healthier by losing weight in a way that will be rewarding and make me feel strong?
I commit to making these steps to a happier, healthier, stronger me!

In your club girl!! I started on Jan 2 and have already lost 2.5 lbs. I have at least 10 more to go. I want to be my prepregnancy weight by the twins birthday (april 11). I joined my gym's biggest loser. We haven't started yet but I'm way excited. Each team works out together has two classes (gym) together has a personal trainer that kicks your butt and and classes on nutrition. I am doing weight watchers core program and working out currently. We can do it!!
